Controlling the quality of the raw material and the manufactured product.
The quality of our products starts from the control of the raw material used for their manufacture. In our facilities, we carry out a strict analytical control of the main parameters that affect the quality of the finished product.
Our intermediate products are also one of the important challenges we face, their quality is controlled before incorporation into the manufacturing process.
Finally, every finished product is analysed before delivery to verify that it follows customer specifications. As we mentioned before, our philosophy is, “a product for each customer”.
Meeting regulations and current legislation concerning quality and security in the manufacture of our products, and our staff’s work.
Our quality specifications must be above our customers´ requirements, so we can guarantee that our products meet the highest levels in quality.
Our quality system is revised and renewed periodically for continuous improvement.
All Zukán staff is part of our quality management system and its further revisions, with the organization’s objective of assuming quality being everybody’s concern.
